InCrowd Registration Review List & Email Template
Streamlined registration approval into one checklist, replacing a fragmented manual process
The Registration Review List and Email Template were designed to support internal stakeholders responsible for reviewing and approving new respondent registrations at scale. I focused on clarity, efficiency, and usability to ensure stakeholders could quickly assess required information while reducing friction in a high-volume workflow. The solution includes a structured review checklist and standardized email templates that streamline communication with thousands of respondents.
Learn the System, Then Improve It
My first move wasn't designing; it was understanding. I worked directly with a stakeholder to map how the internal admin platform operated, clarifying all status states, critical dropdowns, and conditional logic that weren't being surfaced in the existing UI. Once I understood what the system needed to communicate, design followed naturally. Jira kept every requirement documented and tied to dev tasks for a clean, traceable handoff.
The Problem
Stakeholders previously relied on fragmented information and manual review processes, which made it difficult to evaluate registrations and communicate next steps promptly. Inconsistent layouts and messaging increased review time and introduced opportunities for error, especially as respondent volume scaled. The goal was to simplify the review experience, improve information hierarchy, and create a repeatable system that supports accuracy and speed.

The Solution
I designed a structured Registration Review List and standardized Email Template system to support internal stakeholders managing high-volume respondent approvals. The solution improves clarity and efficiency by organizing required review criteria into a streamlined checklist while providing pre-written, scalable communication templates. This reduces friction, ensures consistency, and enables stakeholders to quickly assess submissions and communicate with thousands of respondents accurately and efficiently
